How To Become a Team Blaze Member:

• Fill out the form
• Read and agree to the wiaver
• You will be re-directed to Pay Pal where you must submit payment before your membership is activated
• We will contact you soon after receiving your payment
• Then start enjoying your many benefits

*NOTE: If you fill out the registration form and want to pay for the membership later simply click the "Team Store" link above. Once there choose "Memberships" and the one that applies to you. You do not have to fill out the registration form multiple times.
