  • Athlete Assessment (Athlete's Profile)
  • All coaching plans utilize Workout Log online training tools
  • Periodized & detailed daily training program designed in 3 or 4 week format (varies based on life schedule).
  • Two assessments
    • The first is part of the initial assessment and carried out before any programs are created
    • The second is used before the "A" race to discuss and develop a race plan
  • In-depth understanding of your unique situation

Coaching Plans
  • Private Coaching
    • Personalized attention and one–on–one workouts
    • Customized plans
    • Requires 3 month minimum commitment or 5 month commitment for IM
    • Weekly workouts built to your schedule based progress
      • Coaching Details Include:
        • Learn to stay injury free
        • Focus on efficient technique
        • How to eat like a triathlete
        • Train with heart rate and power (optional)
        • Race day nutrition
        • Race day prep and strategy
  • General Plans
    • Workouts built in 4 week cycles
    • Proven and effective plans
    • Realistic training volume
    • Group options available (contact coaches for pricing)
    • Off–season plans available (November through January)
Athlete–Coach Partnership

We will work on all aspects of the training process. Throughout the process we will
continually re-visit goals and re-establish the path that best leads us to these goals.
I appreciate open and consistent communication.

Athletes may call or email me at any time if advice is needed, if there is a problem or
if there is a desire to share a success with me. If I am not available at that moment, I will
return the communication promptly. I do not bill for additional time, as I always enjoy speaking with athletes
